I've been making models for over 25 years, my father started me off when he used to do so. I served 12 years in the Royal Air Force as a safety equipment technician and currently carry out the same job, but for a civilian company at R.A.F. Cosford, England. My main interest's in the 357th FG started when I built "Glamorous Glenn" about seven years ago and realized that there were more aircraft with this scheme and so started my collection, which is now numbering around 60 aircraft types that the group operated during it's brief history. I display the collection whenever I can at model show's and annually at the Leiston Memorial Day and of course on the 357th FG Model Gallery on Bud Anderson's web site. I find the research the most interesting part of 'my hobby' as I discover more that just a photograph. I have made lot's of new friends both in the U.K. and in the States and have gathered a lot of information on the aircraft to which I hope to keep expanding, just need more space at home for all those P-51s!!!!
